The London Bar was born in the. year 1900 in the Raval Quarter. This quarter was a pilgrimage’s place for artists such as Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso and Antonio Gades. But it was also the place of founders and components of the Raluy Circus and for that reason you can see a trapeze hanging from the ceiling!
It is a bar with a very special character, like all the centennial bars of this neighborhood: the Kentucky Bar, the Pastis Bar,
the Marsella Bar and the Casa Almirall Bar, with it’s modernist decoration and -until very recently- live-music.
It is still a unique place to have a drink at night and you will feel transported to the beginning of the previous century, but with of course with different clientele.
