That is why Manel Felip Sintas chose this area for the construction of his residential building. In fact, he built two buildings: one for himself and another one, just next to, for his wife.

Modernist in style (one would not expect anything else), the novelty of these buildings was that they decided to eliminate the lower floors to install shops with access from the street.

The façade of the buildings is not attractive at all... but the lobby is already something else: An impressive main staircase with stuccoes and decoration with different floral motifs. The wide chromatic range of ochre and green tones on the walls transform this space in a kind of cloud.
