The building itself does not stand out too much but there is a striking sculptural ensemble on the façade that is made up of three figures that are harassing a woman (one of these figures even wants to eat the woman's foot!).

After that it was abandoned for years but now has become a film set for horror movies… Its popularity began in 2007 with the first REC film by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza.
