The current street of Gran de Gràcia was the old road through which the inhabitants of Vila de Gràcia descended when they wanted to go to the city of Barcelona. Everything started as a shortcut that ran from the current Jardinets and that reached the church of the Josepets, now Lesseps Square. In 1825 it was urbanized and named as Salmerón Street. Later he became Mayor de Gràcia and now Gran de Gràcia.
The Gran de Gràcia street was one of the most important streets in the neighborhood,
