The Olympic Ring is a set of sports facilities located on the middle of the Montjuïc Park. it is for this reason that this area is much more than a commemorating place, it is also the “house” of many daily activities for the citizens. The set consist of the Olympic Stadium, the swiming pool Picornell, the National Physical Education Institute and the Palau Sant Jordi that is also house of sports events, concerts, congresses, etc.

On the area you can see also the Europa Fountain, the telecommunications tower designed by the valencian engineer and architect Santiago Calatrava and the Barcelona's Olympic Museum.
